Admission is $1 but it is free from 9 a.m. to noon on Monday and Tuesday.

Shaw Nature Reserve is open year round from 7 am until sunset. Visitor Center hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm on weekdays and 9 to 5 on weekends. The Bascom House is open to the public from 10 am to 4 pm Tuesday through Sunday. The Nature Reserve is open to hikers every day, but the Visitor Center and Bascom House are closed on some major holidays

The World Bird Sanctuary
